The agreement.
Welcome to SofiaLoveLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and event services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SofiaLoveLab ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
Eligibility, registration, account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to form a binding contract with us.
To access certain features of our Services or attend our events, you may be required to register for an account or complete a survey. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access our Services and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use strong passwords (combinations of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).
Registration and conduct.
When you register for a SofiaLoveLab event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel reservations at our sole discretion.
When attending our events, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
What you consent to.
When you provide contact information such as phone numbers and social media handles during registration or survey completion, you agree that this information may be shared with your AI-matched partner(s) to facilitate contact and connections.
We use artificial intelligence algorithms to match participants based on compatibility. By providing contact information, you consent to sharing this data with your designated matches ("избран партньор" in Bulgarian / AI-"Match" in English) to enable meaningful connections.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and recommend you only share information you are comfortable being disclosed to potential matches. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Whose content is whose.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Services is prohibited without our express written permission.
What we are not liable for.
In no event shall SofiaLoveLab, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:
- aErrors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content.
- bPersonal injury or property damage related to your attendance at our events.
- cUnauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- dInterruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
- eBugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Services.
- fLoss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.
Your responsibility.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SofiaLoveLab and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right.
Changes to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Where disputes are resolved.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
